Default Seven Seas Wall Aquariums : Feedback?

Hello Everyone, I just wanted to get some feedback on my new site: Seven Seas Wall Aquariums (www.thewallaquarium.com). I just launched it and wanted to see any feedback you all may have for me. Also, I haven't seen hardly any discussion on wall aquariums, and wanted to know your thoughts. Thanks for looking!

I personally think wall-hanging aquariums are incredibly inpractical due to the fact that they offer virtually no width for most fish to feel comfortable.

Your new site is not too bad. The design seems to be ok. I like your header, but not a fan of the links on top of it. The seahorce is a nice touch, but it takes a lot of attention away from the rest of your site. I am not digging the header of your bottom right table. The fish are just to much. I would take that out so it looks better. You should go streight to your text. What is the point of having links in three differnt locations? Well there is some food for thought.

http://www.fishforums.com/forum/gene...ting-fish.html

This is our philosophy, and thus, we don't really care for "picture aquariums" as they are just too thin for most fish to live comfortably. Depending on the gallonage, possibly some neon tetras, or dwarf puffers, or a betta.
I don't see the importance of cycling on your site... although I just scanned through I think that would be a big part of your site if you want your customers to be successful. Also, I would make a list of possible tank mates because obviously your customers are going to be VERY limited on what they can put in their aquarium. Oh and btw, saltwater is out of the question on this type of setup.

Well, gtg, I gotta get back to my space wasters.

I spent 45 minutes in the store one day trying to convine a man NOT to do a saltwater tank with his newly purchased wall tank (8 gallon). He bought it online somewhere then came to me wanting advice on what he needs to do a saltwater setup. After 45 minutes of explaining to him why it would fail I gave up! I told the man that if he still wanted to do it I would not refuse his business and would sell him what he needs to make it salty. He spent $175 that day then came back after cycling with damsels and bought a clownfish.....Then another, And another.....They kept dying. Finally, after 8-10 weeks he came in and admitted defeat. He started pricing a real aquarium and at last check he is considering a 72 bowfront. I hope he lets me help with that one. It will be fun and easy to setup a nice saltwater tank in a 72 bow.

I've got to edit my comment though... Saltwater in that tank is out of the question for MOST people. Although it wouldn't be a good setup for anything but a few inverts because the surface area is so small.

Even the most seasoned nanoreefer would probably think a saltwater wallhanger to be pure madness.

The freshwater versions might be okay for something like dwarf rasbora type fish I suppose. Tiny little jae's or Galaxies could turn around in one no problem.
