Someone should chisel this in stone and mount it for all to see...THOU SHALT NEVER LISTEN TO A WALMART FISH DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE!

Sorry to hear about your GSP, I did the same thing. Hope your next attempt is successful.

Welcome to the forums.

Just so you know, GSP need to be full saltwater when they are older. thepufferforum.com is a great place to go.

Welcome!

Thanks all I agree it needs to be hung up in the fish department at all WalMart stores!! I hope it is not hard to go from brakish to SW. I am in the process of making the tank brakish. Until I reach the correct reading I am refraining from killing any more GSP's.

I see everyone has a list of pets and aquarium details. I added my zoo but not
a lot about my tank I will after it gets up and brakish!! Does the ph rise with the salt level or do I have to add something? What is the bacteria I am suppose to add?
Thanks

hmmmmm....i have never heard of a GSP.....but i have heard of green spotted puffers.i kind of hate to see so many words shortened like they are..does 4 mean four? or for? or fore?does 2 mean two? to? or too?folks have just gotten way too lazy or in too much of a hurry.there are a few things that are acceptably abbreviated;such as GPS;but not a whole lot.this abbreviation desease has seemed to primarily affect the younger generations.(those under 40)
HI REBA!!!!!...welcome to fishforums..FF to most..lol
there are lots of great people hear;with lots of great information.(me not being one of them)i certainly hope you enjoy your stay with us.
maelstrom was right about pufferforum being a great place to find good information on your green spotted puffers.
