Welcome to the forum. That is an awesome tank. You have a good eye for aquascaping.

If those plants aren't real, which I'm betting they are, then please let me know where you got them.

An Onion plant? I don't know anything about aquarium plants. Is that related to garden onions?

not sure - its a crinium...might be same family...has large bulb at bottom, which you plant, and then the ribbony leaves coming up from that. grows like a bugger lol.

Blue cray - depends on the plants ;

java fern - bitter tasting - wedge clumps into crevices in rockwork etc.
java moss - indestructible.
vallis - plant in extensive clumps, will always be some recovering and some at a decent height
onion plant - v tough - plant and pin with rockwork decor, so they can't dig it up/pull it out.

Basically avoid delicate plants that you put in the substrate, and grow in/under the rocks.

All low light and low tech (2x25W, no CO2, no ferts).

Oh yeah - and plant loads, as they will chow down on all of it from time to time, so some will be recovering while the rest is being eaten lol.

tnks again folks
