Not new, just coming back
I joined back in May when I first started keeping fish at the recomendation of Pokefan who gave me his six gold barbs and two peppered corydoras. The summer months got extremely busy and when I came back I couldn't seem to remember my username or password. Finally I signed up all over again and discovered that the forums had been reset in June back to April! All my information was gone, no wonder I couldn't log in during that time!
Anyway, I still have the 14 gallon tank I began with in may and those fish Pokefan gave me. I've since added a couple more peppered corydoras and 3 different platies. All seems to be going smoothly and I'm looking to buy another bigger tank--off craigslist.

I'm not sure what happened to pokefan. I met him through Freecycle, when he offered his fish there in May. He helped me get set up the right way and introduced me to the forums. We also got a great smoker/grill from him this summer through Freecycle.
Anyway, what made me think to come here again was his post through Freecycle yesterday, his 10 gallon tank had sprung a leak and he was looking to rehome his fish asap. I offered him the extra 10 gallon I had but that was several hours after his post, and I hadn't heard back from him. I came looking here to see if he had posted about it here.
