Default Baby Platy

I have a 1/2 inch long babylaty. Is it old enough to be in the same tank as the adults? Thanks.

I will tell you everything there is to know about baby platties!
My platy had 21 baby fish and the pregnat fish will get bigger thank usual mine took about 1-2 week's but you need to make sure there's no,

Cloudy water
No Bigger fish than you'r babies and no other fish what so period! they will eat them! I bought a net for about $10.00 and it is kept in you'r aqurium with no other fish but babies it is basicly a (net) but that will help! and make sure you feed them regular food smushed into tiny bites they can't eat it if its like that!
I love my baby fish. If you have a chance post a pic. of it on here so we can see if its pregnat or not. Also welcome to FF! and if you look at my pic. I have some pictures of my baby fish!

Thank you!

She gave birth to two healthy babies! I think that there were only two babies in her brood because she is not fully grown.

She will probably continue to drop. You don't get that fat over 2 fry. You can put them in the main tank when they get big enough not to fit in your other fishes mouth
