I haven't been a "fish person" too long now, just about 8 months, but even so, I have learned lots and would love to contribute when I can on this site. I own 20 bettas, yes, all but 2 are in their own 5 and 10 gallon tanks (2 share a divided tank). They aren't the easiest fish to keep healthy, even in what I perceive of as the best possible situation outside of nature (heated, filtered tanks with nice, soft plants to rest on and swim through)! BUT, they are sweet. Looking forward to helping out here. My 1st betta was named Nemo, and I just lost him in a mystery case of dropsy. Thus, in his memory, my username is 1nemo. See you around!

Hi! Good to see you, sooo glad you joined! Poor nemo, what was the name of your second fish, bad memory. I am trying to get Sushi to join, hopfully we will see her around here soon! And she has another freind, Jen or somthing. I dunno, I should see if she wants to join also, and maybe even the Korean girl, Kate!

Sooooooooo glad to see you here though! Your the first person I already knew! Awesome that you have 20 Bettas, last time I talked to you there were only what, 6?

Oh ya, 6, then 9, then 5 more then....My "rescue" mission had to end somewhere! This site is a little confusing on posting... I responded with a quick reply to one of the rant threads and it didn't respond to that one person, but went to the end of the whole string of postings...oops! Yes, gotta get Sushi and others on here.
I'll check back in... have some pics to share (new betta cabinet!!!)!

Yea, I know 1nemo! I met her on another board. When she was just starting out! She has really gone places! That was when she had Nemo, sooo sad that he died.

Yesterady, I told her to join, and she did! Now I have to convince my other fishy freind Sushi to join, and some of the others! Wish me luck!
