Lightbulb Male/Female Molly???

I AM TRYING TO MAKE SURE THIS IS A MALE MOLLY. THE PET STORE HAD NO IDEA.. GO FIGURE RIGHT?? I FIGURED PETCO WOULD KNOW. BUT I ONLY KNEW FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD AND FROM WHAT I SAW ON A SITE SOMEONE FROM HERE SHOWED ME, SO I'M JUST HOPING I WAS RIGHT? CAN SOMEONE HELP ME JUST IN CASE I WAS WRONG. PLEASE HELP!! lol THANKS

Yes it's a male.

If you have a big enough tank with enough hiding places, pH of around 7, you can keep virtually any fish together as long as all the fish are around the same size and these two groups of fish are avioded:
Serrasalmus
Tetradon
(figure eights and dwarfs are the
exception).

I keep a successful community of fish in a 4 foot tank including the following families:
Cichlids, tetras, loaches, gouramis, barbs, rainbows, livebearers, killiefish, catfish, puffers.

loks like a male (the black one) and the silver one looks like a female, be having some dalmations soon!!!

Thanks.. I found him beautiful also. Very active of course. Sometimes I feel sorry for the females LOL.. thx..

Keeping a group of females is the solution.

he looks alot like my male. mine killed all the females i keep him with

Yeah there are many fish in the sea..

but i think i'll stick to the lakes and rivers for now.
