My home camera is just a crappy Canon powershot A510. If you don't have enough light, your shutter speed will be really low and your photos will be blurry. That's why I make sure I have lots of lightwhen taking pictures with that camera.
At work, I use an SLR camera so I can change the shutter speed. In a nutshell, if you turn up your shutter speed and turn down your F stop, your photo should be pretty clear if your fish is moving too fast.
