I think shaggy, you need to sit down with your people and say Look, I am being as Ass for trying to break up live long and healthy freind ships, it;s wrong of me to try to get in between people who are friends, and why?
Prolly cause you want to have the best site ever? is that the reason behind it all?
It;s not right making people go between two diff places to talk to there friends, it;s not......everyone at both places got alone fine before your head swelled up and all this dividing of the friends n people started.

Are you kidding me? I never once posted a link to here from AquaBid. I don't even have a account there. I also never told Pete and Sue to come here either, I didn't even know them or who they were. I have never visited the aquachat site before, until this all started. Get your facts right before you start tossing blame.

I have no problem with you posting links to AB. I think both sites will not hurt each other at all. My concern was that if someone posted about the FF auctions, it would get deleted. I may have jump to conclusions thinking that it probably would, but I may have to bite my tongue on that. I figure now Mark would never do that. That was my reason for the reply.

Don't let him bother you Shaggy, he's just spewing some crap a few folks on aquabid fed him. Look at his two posts, notice all the spelling and grammar mistakes in his second post. He didn't even write the first one, he was posting for somebody else originally. Someone wanted to push some buttons and it obviously worked. Maybe 'ol Mannix will come out of retirement and find out who planted the seeds of shame here!

You're right Pete, The first post is a "collection" of the posts I made at ab to let everyone know about the SNE. I posted at www.applesnail.net too, about the SNE. I really like coming here, and AB, I really like the Sunday auctions, and the SNE. I wanted to invite everyone here to the SNE, but did not post about it because I figured it would just add fuel to a fire that should have been put out long ago.

See, I really like you and Sue, Ya'll are 2 of the nicest people I've ever talked to or dealt with. It saddened me when you were banned from AB, but all that is in the past, and was none of my business.

As for taking bets on whether or not it would be deleted, and it being a way to start trouble, that was not the intention. I had told them in chat about how the last time I posted about SNE at applesnail, it got deleted. I told them that this time, they let it stay. I don't recall anyone betting on the deletion, but it did come up about wondering if it would be deleted and how long it would take to delete it.

I don't want to stop coming here and hanging out, and I don't want to stop hanging out at AB either. It would be great if all of the wounds would heal, but sometimes that just doesn't happen. It's even harder when the scabs are ripped off each time healing begins.

Anyways, the first post are my words. Anyone can see that from reading my posts at ab about the SNE. I wanted to invite everyone and make this a super special SNE, fun for everyone, but instead of asking for an O.K. I chickened out, and Mr.A delivered my invitation. LOL, your not going to be banned, no one is. Like I said before, I don't care about the post at all. It can stay up. I was just repling saying that it maybe unfair that I allow this post to stay and if someone posted at AB, it would be deleted. I might have been wrong on that thought, but thats all my post was about.

Shannon, I don't have any scabs getting ripped off all the time, honestly I could care less about what happened over THREE months ago. It just gets tiring having stuff rehashed all the time. I have not posted as lotsoffish over on aquabid for over three months (I do sneak a few in under fake names once in a while but what do you expect from 'ol lotsoffish)

so I certainly don't keep the dang pot stirring. Tonight I came home and saw MrA talking about Sue and I being "grabbed" by Shaggy. It is all BS and now it's following me over to this site. Screw that.

I don't pull any punches and I know what started all this crap. A couple weeks ago Sue asked me if I thought it would be OK to post a link to the Sunday auctions in the aquabid forum, I replied I thought it would be tacky. She didn't and today she saw a this thread and obviously thought it was tacky. so I guess in a round about way I started all this! (laughing) See I am so good at starting trouble I can do it with out even trying!

Anyway I don't think you are gonna get banned here and if you do I will raise so much of a stink I will be right behind you. There are so many good fish sites they will never boot me from all of them so who cares right?

Anyway, who did win the bet?

I was in the FF chat for your Sunday Auctions, it was quiet fun....had a good time with the people there, just the same as I do in SNE chat.....
Sense i'm Prolly the record holder for my last high school, of Detention hours in one school year, "well half a years time, LOL" , i'll just give myself a few days off from posting......

Yes it is. In fact, it was the whole POINT behind inviting Pete & Sue to join FishForums. Well, a big part of it, anyway. Things were going very well, too, until RMC got banned, setting off a chain reaction. Mr. Aquarium isn't wrong when he says that an either/or type of vibe is forming as a few malcontents ( from AB ) have decided to harass AB'ers who come to FishForums. Nothing we can do about that, I suppose, but it sure could have been avoided if it were handled better the last time it happened in a big way.
Sue's "tacky" thread at AB didn't help matters much, either. I tried to do a bit of damage control today, but who knows what effect it will have?

The AB community now knows about our auctions, at least. LOL

It has been three months. Can we puh-leeze cut the crap, right some wrongs, bury some hatchets, and get on with the business of making this site one of the best on the web?

Maybe we should have something like that for our ff banner. __________________ If you have a big enough tank with enough hiding places, pH of around 7, you can keep virtually any fish together as long as all the fish are around the same size and these two groups of fish are avioded: Serrasalmus Tetradon(figure eights and dwarfs are the exception). I keep a successful community of fish in a 4 foot tank including the following families: Cichlids, tetras, loaches, gouramis, barbs, rainbows, livebearers, killiefish, catfish, puffers.
