Low end brackish puffer, requires marine salt in its water, minimum of 15g, carnivore, prefers live food like blackworms, require hard-shelled items such as shell-on shrimp, snails, mussels, clams, etc, to keep its beak from overgrowing or you'll have to do dental work. Species only tank is recommended, as with most other puffers, does not play well with others, even those much bigger than themselves. If you go to www.thepufferforum.com there's a PufferPedia with a basic info sheet on them in the brackish section.
