Smile Can anyone help...?

Hello there. I'm a newbie to this forum, and a relative newbie to fish-keeping as well. My other half is the more enthusiastic of the two of us, although it is growing on me. When we first started our aquarium, we stocked it with a few fish that we liked, but we also had a few killifish the were just odd ones in the shop. The owner gave them to us as a pressie. Two have since died, but one, the smallest, is still going strong. We have had this fish since August last year. It approx 3 cm long, thin, is mainly a gold colour but has two black horizontal bars, top one from eyes to tail, bottom one from below its mouth to just under tail. It stays mainly near the bottom of the tank, with occasional trips to the near top. My fella looks into the tank from quite close, and this fish comes to him (Yeh I know, let him believe that, lol). What I am wondering is, can anyone tell me what the name of this killifish is? I have been on various fish websites but to no avail.
Thanks in advance,
Viv xxx

Not without a picture, I'm afraid. That description fits a great many species of killifish. Even WITH a picture it could still be pretty tricky, as so many look very similar to each other.
