ik this is 3 months later, but im bored lol. no you shouldn't keep them in a 10g only because they need surface room to swim. minimum from my perspective would be, at least a 30g. I got mine yesterday, and besides the minor shyness from last night, he loves my tank. he chills in my giant hairgrass plant that grew taller than my water level, and pretty much loafs all day. surpisingly, i fed flakes tonight since im picking up crickets tomorrow, and to my surprise he started chowing down. they dont normally do that, which is strange, but hey, fish are flexible . he likes to play with my betta from time to time, showing-off-wise =P. otherwise, hes a decent fish for a decent size tank.
