thats bull. both aros get to be very big and will eventually need a tank much bigger than a 125.

Here's a link to some compiled information. Although incomplete, the info you seek should be there.

Good luck finding one. Breeding will be literally impossible in captivity, unless doing so in a extra large pond or a tank 4 times the required space.

lol my oscars didnt mind a moonlight gourami,a blue gourami, and a huge pleco with them when they were 6" lol and i dont think an arrow would bother a ray or lungfish maybe i could lefve the snakehead out if it was aggressive...

depends on the aro. some aros are VERY aggressive. just ask eurasian32. his jardini aro is extremely aggressive and he's afraid to put any other fish in with it.

Yup
Hes scared of my hairy arm and that's alright with me. Some report that their jardini bites them when they're not looking, drawing blood. There was one case where a jardini was so viscious, it would bite its own tail.

You'll have better luck with the south american aro's when it comes to tankmates. Asians too, but that's a moot point.

Typical tankmates are datnoids, leporinis, archer fish, rays.
Stray away from Prochilodus, because they'll suck the slime coat off of fish when close to maturity, and if you do rays don't do ANY type of pleco.
