Actually I think she is keeping it with a gar.

the clown knife, gar, black ghost knife, all need a bigger tank.

the bichirs are probably senegals, which will be ok in a 60 gallon. the pea**** will fit too, but is going to get eaten sooner or later by the other fish.

I remember this girl now... and frankly her fish choice is less than desirable. I'm sorry but I can't help but say something, and I know this is working currently BUT it won't in the long run and you won't even know whats happening until it does. I would highly suggest following what has been suggested a lot before. Also wash anything that comes in contact with that water. Salmonella is not fun.
This is what she has
60 G
`1 baby slider
`2 blood parrot cichlids
`1 black ghost knife
`1 clown knife
`1 banjo cat
`1 wood cat
`1 pea**** eel
`2 dinosaur eels/ bichirs
`1 black mystery
`1 ramshorn
`1 fiddler crab
`1 raphael cat

Yeah but the Leopard Ctenopoma which is a spotted climbing perch or leopard bunfish isn't brackish it comes from the Congo basin in Africa and likes neutral-acidic soft freshwater I actually really want one of them that's why I know cause I've been lookin at them but some perch might be brackish

haha, yea the gar died before the clown knife even got her spots.
but he was a needlenose anyway. there's a spotted gar that i have my eye on, but i can't afford a tank big enough for him right now.

...and as for the list you so quickly regurgitated, all of those fish weren't kept together. some of the previous fish were sold and a couple died, so there's a new roster in my tank.

i know this, that's why i've been saving up for much larger accomodations for my clown and 2 sun cats
the "brackish" puffer is the 3rd oldest fish in the tank
and if he does die, it's on me, alright?
as for the climbing perch several of you seem so genuinely concerned about, they're in a completely different tank, in a completely different building, under a completely different area code; so just relax.

and as much as i appreciate your nagging, it was not the purpose of this thread

Don't worry batray Girl, as long as you get a few bigger tanks soon, you should be fine.

If you have a big enough tank with enough hiding places, pH of around 7, you can keep virtually any fish together as long as all the fish are around the same size and these two groups of fish are avioded:
Serrasalmus
Tetradon
(figure eights and dwarfs are the
exception).

I keep a successful community of fish in a 4 foot tank including the following families:
Cichlids, tetras, loaches, gouramis, barbs, rainbows, livebearers, killiefish, catfish, puffers.
