on your stingray page, none of the pics show up. Put them on photobucket or something.

One Word: Croutons.

I can't tell, either it's too small or it has sand covering it. Try getting a full disc shot.

That is definitley not a Hystrix ray. Wait for a time to see if the ray regains any colour because he/she is very pale. If anything it looks very slightly motoro if you look towards the edge of the disc.

that video of your ray is really cool. Is it saltwater? how big of a tank is it in? and the question of the day, how much does a ray like that cost you?

that is a freshwater ray. rays like this need a lot of room when they grow up. unfortunately, most people do not have the means to do this.

Yeah, i;m thinking retic but can't tell from th photo's provided.
Most rays like retics aren't THAT expensive. When I bought my little retic is cost about 78 bucks, the other common stingray, the motoro, go anywhere form 70-100 or anywhere around that range.

my retic was $50. it depends on where you are located and where they are coming from.

i just looked at some pictures on your site and the first ray is a retic but in the other pictures, the ray has almost no coloring. it's also VERY skinny in some of the pics. if you can see the hipbones you are not feeding it enough. it should be fed 2-3 times daily and you should be feeding it in generous amounts. rays are always looking for food, and therefore they burn a lot of calories, so they need to eat often.
