Default Polyp on live rock

i just found this polyp on a piece of LR that is orange/brown with a little green in the middle...

will this live with my current light
will it live with T5HOs

what is it?

No way to know unless you tell us (at the least) your tank size and lighting. Filtration would help also as well as a better description (or a pic) of the polyp.

i have a 55g
lighting: florecents 2 40w and one T-5 aqualight 2 26w
Coralife super skimmer + 10g fuge

ill try to get a pic
it has these little "hairs" coming out of the center of the polyp
it closes at night
it is only about 2 cm diameter
it is about 3 cm from the live rock

could be a million different things, it will almost positivly live under the t5's but probably not under the normal output florecents. do a search on aptasia anenome's or glass anenome, if it looks similar, (they come in different colors) its bad. nuke it.
