i fragged a bubble coral... I dont know if the fragged piece is doing too well since it fell down in a crevice, I can still see the bubbles of it though... ill post some pics later.

I always wondered how they frag bubble corals seems tougher.

I would be interested in a frag of the blasto's! will be in the QC area in week or two, can put me down for two frags!

thats a very nice blasto you have there. great job fraggin it, what did you use? screw driver? chisel?

Well, To frag it I used a 4" grinder with a cut off wheel around a month ago to cut the mother colony in half. To actually cut it down to smaller sizes I used a dremel with a diamond wheel. The diamond wheels for dremels are around an inch acrossed and can make very percise cuts.
I'd highly recomend anyone that wants to frag stoneycorals use one. I'd also recomend using some latex gloves and a full face sheild. Some corals are toxic. Some are so toxic they are deadly. Most corals there is nothing to worry about but being safe is always the best option.

Hey I'm glad you liked it and that it is doing well. Hopefully it'll grow well and fast.
If you want you can have my tomato clown if you can catch him. I woke up at 3am to see him taking my orange cap into his little home. He also had 3 zoa frags in there and buried my GSP again with sand. If I can not catch it today I'm gonna Ahab him with a harpoon.

Dremel tool is such a handy tool i need one, i want to cut top of my AC110 so can have the light sit on there properly.

BTW tazer's make easier to catch bully fish

Osiris, if you make it to this area bring the AC110 down. Could you make one of them into an overflow for a sump? Look forward to the call.
Hmmm... a tazer. I wonder if it hurt the corals. I have a magger for checking motors that would work.
