36 watt pc would be fine, though I cannot, in good faith, recommend a 10 gallon sw tank no matter what kind of tank it is.

From the sounds of things, it doesn't really seem like you've done much research. My suggestion is to do more reading and more researching into saltwater tanks before starting. Then get at least a 40 gallon tank to start because keeping the water quality stable in a small tank like what you have planned is much harder, especially for someone new to saltwater.

Ok i did a little reasearch on the 36watt pc but is there any kind of bulb that will fit onto an 18' inch regular hood. the ones that i saw all have 4 pins. Coralife 50/50 50% Natural Daylight 6,000 K Fluorescent Bulbs i saw that but i really dont think 6k is enough for corals ;/ and i have a 20 gallon cycled if that would be better for mushrooms. and the 10 gallon is cycled all ready too

what there meaning salty is that you need to do more research into SW tanks, how to keep them, stability, and such SW isn't something you want to mess with my 25g nano, now has probably close to 1000$ invested in it, expect for a 10g to have 500$+ for a proper setup, skimmer, lights, rock, powerheads it all adds up.

let alone corals which are living animals just like a dog or cat, there not cheap and are semi endangered in a way so I suggest read more before doing anything else on your cube

your not going to find any bulb to plug into a regular fixture that will support any corals, best bet is to find a power compact fixture that is the same length as your tank, and has the most bulbs and watts as possible, you will be able to keep most soft corals under it, although like already mentioned, it will be tough, a small tank is a tough job for any reefer.
