Default anemone

ok, so since chat isnt up im going to post this hear, and aslo becaus ei trust u guys alot more than other sites. so i want to egt an anemone for my 29 gallon since im going to have clownfish and also because i really like them. i nkow my 29 is nowhere enar setup, but i njust want a general idea. for lighting I have a T5HO setup(hagen glo series) it has 2 bulbs, ones 18000 k and ones atinic. also i am not going to have a sump if that helps. this will be my first reef if that is a problem
