just a real general set of questions, are these light dependant, how easy are these for the beginers??? any info you can share? special feeding? anything, saw some in a store and thought they were pretty, would like to have them in my tank as soon as i get it up and running.

O yes they are indeed light dependant, they are truly a great coral to keep, i love them, mine outgrew my tank so i sold it off. I keep it under low flow just feeding DT's. They usually grow in new heads i believe, being LPS. Just keep nice good bright lighting and decnt amount of food in the tank and their pretty easy to keep:

Should be; this is one of the less-demanding corals. Not super-easy, but on a 1-10 easiest to hardest scale, they're about a 4.

Yea mine are kept under PC's, i can't wait to see how they do under metal halides .

I agree with TOS, coral i would place on a scale from 1-10, i'd say GSP is 1
