buyer beware: fishyfishy.net
I have had the unfortunate experience of "dealing" with a fish seller in Encino California, who took my money, talked with me via phone and e-mail for six weeks or so, and finally, never sent the fish, and can no longer be reached.
His name is Leroy Mondalvo, web site fishyfishy.net, and e-mail thru Paypay, Aquabid, etc is sales@fishyfishy.net
If you happen to KNOW this person, I still want my money back!
If you are thinking of purchasing anything from this person, DON'T
I have the phone number as well, and when I call it, I still get the answering service, so I think I am being avoided.
I have filed complaints with Paypal, and am looking into the Internet fraud , but if any one has any other advice, please let me know.

I hope you paid through paypal, that way you will hopefully get your money back at least, but what a bummer to have to go through this. Good luck, thanks for the warning, and keep us posted!

If you use paypal, and you have ANY DOUBT about a seller, get the insurance or you will most likely not see a penny. That's what happened to me. I didn't opt for the insurance because the person I dealt with had mostly pos. feedback AT the time of the sale (just 2 minor disputes over how long it took to ship product when he'd first started, which in the end everyone got and he had over 300 feedbacks!).
Well, I'm out over $100 and to this day have NOT seen my money back. I did turn the guy in to the FBI and last I heard he was facing prosecution for internet fraud. I guess in the end he decided to rip about 2 dozen people off in the course of a month, for $100 here and $500 there and couldn't deliver on the goods.....
Buyer beware...
