Default Profiles thread or section??

Is it possible to start a profiles section? Something were members could use a form to start a profile on a particular type of fish, plant, coral, or whatever. Then add a pic to the profile. I have seen them in other forums as I am sure that others have.

Thoughts, anyone????????

I think its a good idea. I'd support it and post up some stuff there.

Section, as it could be divided up into sections then. It would be more difficult to find the info in a thread than it would a whole section.

Just thought I'd share my smileys. For a change. I only just realised how many there are. Pretty cool ha?

It's gonna be huge, bigger than the rest of Fishforums in fact, so it'll take awhile to get it all written. ( not the articles and profiles themselves, but just the framework for them! ) It'll be worth the wait, though, and like nothing else on the web.
Shaggy'll have it fixed soon enough, I'm sure. Just have a little patience, and we'll be up to our ears in profiles and articles before you know it.

It shouldn't slow down the forums a bit, because it'll be it's own separate forum. If it were on the main page, though...OY! THAT would be a bogged-down nightmare.
