The quick links at the top is not working for me today.. has it been disabled or something?? Anyone else having problems with it??

Don't normally use the Quick Links, but when I click on it it just goes down to the bottom of the current page.

I read someplace after posting this that some of the things on the board are not working right now since adding the new chat and that they are working on them.. so hopefully it will be fixed soon..
