Default my cycle

i will edit this post and keep a daily tab on my ammonia and my p/h
i will need to buy a nitrate test

march 8-
ammonia is 2.5
p/h is a 7.5
i did one water change today....20%
p/h droped to 7.2

march 9th-
-i woke up and checked my ammonia
it was between .5ppm and 3ppm
so i did a 20% water change
-checked it again tonight and it was a solid 3ppm
so i did a 50% water change
-.5 ammonia at 11pm

march 10
-.5ppm in the morning

March 18-
got back from my trip and had a 3ppm, did a water change
fish were ok
tank still not cycled, no nitrate in the tank?
any q's about the tank and i will try to help, i am learning as fast as possible

Just a little quick thing this may be better off in user journals but it doesn't really matter, just letting you know.

I went ahead and moved it to the User Journal section, since you are treating it kind of like a log.

You can just post everyday with your results. If you'd like, put in some info about the tank so that hopefully others can learn from your cycle. Just an idea......

We really don't care the daily changes in your water properties. If you have problems, ask on the forum. For your user journal, post pictures, speak of whats going on, but dont needlessly bump it...
