this is just going to be a journal for me to keep track of what goes on with my main tank.
so, today i finally got rid of my infestations of hydra, snails, white worms, copepods, and the muck in the back by disassembling and drying my tank. all the pests are gone, plus i added an allover sand bed and made the tank look a little more presentable (finally).
Pictures soon to come, when my fish get out of quarentine.

so, today my pec0ck eel died. he didn't make it though the last leg of the ick quarantine. . i know that "eels" tend to be sensitive fish, so if i ever decide to get another, does anyone have any recommendations on care (mainly healthcare, substrate, and feeding). any help or stories of your experience with eels would be GREATLY appreciated. thanks
