If you don't like it, then I can only apologize and suggest having your local authorities actually DO something about the problem which has given your entire nation such a bad reputation.

If this guy or any other from Nigeria or anywhere else ever tries to contact you via PM with contact info pretty much guaranteed to get you ripped off, report it immediately. No legit exporters are likely going to deal with a mere hobbyist, as they only deal with established import companies. A hobbyist cannot place a big enough order to justify the costs of the exportation or the hassle involved.
