Default Driftwood

Does anyone know of a site that sells real driftwood I've searched a litlle bit and didn't find much. If you know a good site that sells it please post it I can't really find real driftwood in town it's all fake at all the chain stores and the locally owned store only has cheesy overpriced pieces on slate.
Thanks

Oh yeah I forgot about petland I'll go look there petsmart and petco only have fake driftwood I don't really like petland because of how they keep puppies in little cages and bunk the price up cause you feel sorry for the pups. I looked at a miniature pinscher there they wanted like 750 for a crappy lookin one not AKC registered I bought an absolutely stunning minpin from a local breeder 400 I've been told by two vets she's the prettiest minpin they've ever seen and could be show quality. Sry to getr off the topic.

Are you close to a river? could be a good place to look. I have a friend that has a house backing up to the mighty miss. Hw is clearing his beach and looking for driftwood for me. If I come across any good pieces I will let you know.

Yeah I am like 15 mins away from the Mississippi I just don't really have the time to go over there and look for it. If you come across a piece that would make a nice center piece for a 10g let me know I'd give you a few bucks for it.

In Slidell, Delta pets had some decent drift wood in. This was pre-Katrina though. Haven't been that way since before the storm. But they'd be worth a call. Have really nice fish at decent prices too.

I have a couple of pieces of driftwood you can buy if you are still looking. It will definitely be cheaper than floridadriftwood.com

You can reach me at 404-663-0466

I wouldn't want to take anything from a dirty river, I would check out any info you can find on water quality of nearby streams and such first, then go find something from the cleanest one.

Where do you think that they get the driftwood in the first place? There are steps to take to clean the driftwood.
