UPS Next Day Air ( 1 day)

Shipping info/packing:

Shipping: I will ship Mon-Wed ONLY. Your tracking number(s) will be given as soon as fish have shipped.

Packing: All fish will be doubled bagged, and bag buddies will be added to the shipping bags. The box will be labeled properly. It will say "live fish" or "fragile" on all sides.

Insulated boxes are optional and are available for $7.
(40hr.) heatpacks will be arriving next week, and are $1.50 each.

I am currently ONLY accepting paypal, and I will ONLY ship to a confirmed address.



GUARANTEE INFO:

I WILL give a live arrival guarantee through UPS NEXT DAY AIR ONLY!!! All other shipping options are at the buyers RISK. Please NOTE you MUST sign for the fish on the lst attempt for the guarantee to apply. The guarantee policy COVERS THE FISH COST ONLY!!! In some cases, extras will cover any doa's.



DOA POLICY: ( UPS NEXT DAY AIR ONLY)

I REQUIRE you to send at least (2) CLEAR pictures of dead fish in unopened shipping bags with 30 MINUTES of lst delievery attempt. It is simple as that.



REFUND POLICY: ( UPS NEXT DAY AIR ONLY)

Provided that we receive the DOA pictures within the stated time frame, I will issue a REFUND immed. PER FISH LOST. Shipping cost is NEVER refunded.
