cichlid, plecos and silver dollars

I have a big cichlid which is a bit too big for my tank. I rescued it from my partners, mums work who dismantled their tank. I also rescued two big plecos and 4dollars. They are all in good health..it is a shame to see them go but i do not want to keep them in a tank which is too small, I dont want to take them to the LFS as i worry they will get too stressed being moved atleast 3more times!

I am in great yarmouth Norfolk UK. If anyone knows a forum which is only UK based that would be great too.

I hope they go to a nice big tank and hopefully the cichlid can have friends or even a partner
