Default How's the weather?

Here it is, December 11th, and I'm running my air conditioners because it's 84F!
We never do get much of a winter here, but this is gettin' ridiculous!

Any weird weather in your area, of is everything normal for you?

It is definitely getting ridiculous! I don't think it hit 80F here today, but it was really close (about 78F now). Yesterday was hot as well.....and we have turned our A/C on too.

I'd take this heat over ice, but it feels like summer!

You guyz are lucky, here there is tons of snow on the ground, and this morning the temperatures were in the low twenties.

I'm in Tulsa.
We've got that ice storm!
Havent gone to school all week, and probably wont until next week which is only a three day week (christmas break)
But might not even go then, so I get like almost a month of christmas break which rocks my socks off.

But yesterday we didnt have any power, so that really sucked.
I had video game withdrawls.
And about half a million people here still dont have any power and some people who had it yesterday dont have it today, so its all mixed up. They say its the worst ice storm in Tulsa's history :S
Lots of broken trees and things, one almost fell on our car :O

But I LOVE cold weather, so its really quite awesome to me :]

I took tons of pics so I'll post them here for you guys.
Which reminds me,
RITA! aka BUGGY!
YOU BETTER BE OKAY, WOMAN!
I LOVE YOU!

I personally love the winter and think this heat is ridiculous too.

It hit about 76F yesterday and about 78F today. It had actually cooled down, and we got a bit of sleet/snow mix in the earlier part of the week, but it's hot again.

*chants for winter to come*

Ha! You silly southerners.

Its been pretty normal for December here. We've been getting some freezing rain for for the past couple of days EVERYTHING has been caked in snow. It actually looks quite beautiful.

I think we're supposed to get snow the next few days too....

Update: No school tomorrow either

I love to be cold because when you're hot you get all sweaty and nasty and you're makeup comes off, AND its a lot harder to cool down when you're hot, but its easier to warm up if you're cold

That and I'm really weird, and I am constantly warm and I can walk outside in below freezing weather in shorts and be fine, but that might be due to the fact that I'm crazy

Sadly, no snow yet
But its hopefully coming!

Pictures uploading now

I'm fine Beki, it missed me. I was worrying about YOU! The freezing line stayed about 50 miles west of me. I don't think it even got below freezing here this week and we didn't get the freezing rain/sleet....just good old drizzle. BUT the forcast is calling for snow showers Friday. Yeah right! Good old Oklahoma. If you don't like the weather....stick around a few minutes and it'll change.

You know we have a saying; "only fools and foreigners try to predict the weather in Oklahoma". LOL

BTW, I love the pic of the frozen rose.

So glad to hear you're well!!!!

Oh Oklahoma weather is just mentally challenged. I swear.
Me and my friends know all the weather dudes by their first names so we'll be like "So what did Alan say today?" or "What did Jim say today?"
And we'll cast bets onto who'll be right.

I mean one day itll be 70, the next itll be like below freezing and snowing and then we might just have a hurricane. BLAH.
I cant take it!!!!

But oh well.
You know you live in Oklahoma when you turn on the weather channel before getting dressed

I've got about 30 pics of that frozen rose, but i'll post them a lil later :P
Dont want to hijack this thread with too many photos
