fizzy?

I dunno if anyone has noticed this, but recently like in my sodas (like when i get a 1 liter or 2 liter bottle, and pour it into the cup) the fizz like sits there like foam and doesn't go down anymore. It never did this. This has happened with every soda I hav had except for sprite. has anyone else been experiencing this soda phenomenon?

ive noticed that to i think its all the preservatives or the high fructose corn syrup. did you know that almost everything that tastes sweet has it in there cept for fruit and veggies and that if you consume enough of it that it can cause diabeates?

happened to me with a root beer float, it was most likely the ice cream though. Though it was like at 3 in the morning so i might have imagined it....in fact I don't remeber much else but that i watched the movie The Untouchables and i woke up on my couch...

Alot of things in soda cause diabeates, for example diet soda sweetners, such as Splenda, have been linked to diabeates. Really soda is terrible for you and i don't know why i drink it. The fizz is bad for you anyway, it leaches calcium from your bones.

If you REALLY have time on your hands, try this:

-Get a bottle of Coke.
-Put it in the freezer for about two hours.
-You'll notice that while it's very cold, it isn't at all frozen.

Unscrew the cap, though, and you'll watch it freeze into a hard slush right before your eyes. Instant Icee.

Strangely, not many other sodas do this, instead freezing while still unopened.

If you've got even more time on your hands than baby_baby. Take a glass of water and dissolve as much salt and sugar in it as you can. It won't freeze in the freezer. However, if you put your finger in it you'll be in for one hell of a shock.

like eletric shock or burning shock?
If you put a ton of salt on your hand and then press ice on it and hold it for like 20-30 minutes, it'll burn your hand and scar it. My friend did it

oh and same affect with rubbing erasers on your skin for a long time, but eraser burns only get worse with cold and water and basicly have no cure but time. Knowing that is having way to much time on your hands

this is a fun way to spend homework time. have you ever had a can of coke left in the freezer for too long that explodes. only happens in a can. my dad sometimes puts wine in the freezer to chill it. but when he forgets it in there it is a BIG mess. he gets so mad. haha. frozen wine sucks. i dont drink pop. the carbonation gives me a stomach ache. but it is funny to see it explode

However, if you put your finger in it you'll be in for one hell of a shock. __________________ If you have a big enough tank with enough hiding places, pH of around 7, you can keep virtually any fish together as long as all the fish are around the same size and these two groups of fish are avioded: Serrasalmus Tetradon(figure eights and dwarfs are the exception). I keep a successful community of fish in a 4 foot tank including the following families: Cichlids, tetras, loaches, gouramis, barbs, rainbows, livebearers, killiefish, catfish, puffers.
