I'd really doubt it if you could even get them to think about breeding... You do have a male/female pair? claspers on the anal fin should give it away. Anyway, if you do get them to even produce an egg that would be extremely awesome.
ya i have a male and female..... made sure one has claspers and one dosent. i know a guy who raises them and he told me i should have no problem doing the same in my tank..
hmmm, sounds very interesting... I think though you can create the conditions for breeding in a tank all year round or at least more than once. You just need to research what triggers them to breed... photoperiod or temperature flux's come to mind.
