Ok, so I have a 29G that will have four female Platties and 5 Black Kuhli Loaches, but I think this is rather understocked. Does anyone have any suggestions of what kind of fish(es) I could put in? Also, I would like the fish to be peaceful, so no semi-aggressives please.
Thanks for the help!

Danios are always cool. If you have big groups of them they won't be aggressive. I have 7 Zebra Danios and they really aren't aggressive. But they move around alot...so maybe not so peaceful. But they're quite pretty.

A single dwarf gouramis or Angelfish would make a nice center piece fish for your tank. Or even a pair of rams would be OK if the tank has been up for 6 months or more. Rams need a mature aquarium or they die off fast.

Tetras(glowlights especaly under the right lighting) are cool, slower moving schooling fish, danios are cool also but they are very fast and dont school as much.

In my first tank, that was a 29g, i had zebra danios, kuhli loaches, and a opline gourami. I loved it.

Check out my avatar thats mom the opline gourami, it actualy says mom on the side if you look carfully :D

A bristle nose pleco of some sort would be a cool bottom feeder/algae control fish. I have some blue medusa I love. Nice rich blue color. Awesome for algae and only get about 4"-5" full grown. They don't bother anyone, just kind of do their thing. Planetcatfish.com has all the different plecos with pictures. Im sure you can find one you like that stays small. The picture in my avatar is a l-192 I picked up for 16$ but he will get a little bigger. He would be a cool center piece. Just an idea.

Platies are pretty fast fish, so unless you want more bottom feeders, you should get something quick like danios, not giant danios, or other livebearers. If you want more bottom feeders, cories or even upside-down catfish would be fun.
